Careers · TagBack partner

Earn from something your school will thank you for.

Introduce TagBack to schools and nurseries you already know. Earn £500 or more when a school goes live, then 2% of every tag sold there, every month for as long as the school stays. Self-employed, your own hours, no fee to join and no stock to hold.

Two minutes: being a TagBack partner

Why you?

TagBack started in the parents' WhatsApp group. Parents pay when uniform goes missing, so parents are who we answer to. Every conversation you have carries our name, so be honest with yourself first.

Trusted at the gate

Do other parents come to you for answers, and take your word at face value?

Heard in the chat

Are you in your class and year group chats, and do people listen when you post?

Rooted locally

Do you know the local schools and nurseries, and the heads, bursars or PTAs that run them?

Credible with staff

Could you sit down with a head or bursar and answer their questions calmly and honestly?

Able to sell

Have you sold, negotiated or won people round before, in a job, a business or the PTA?

Protective of the name

Would you rather lose a sale than oversell it? Families trust TagBack because parents built it.

Yes to most of these? We'd love to talk. Every partner has a call with our team and a DBS check before representing TagBack. Not quite you? Tell your school about us anyway.

An easy conversation, because every answer is good news.

You're not asking a school to spend money. You're offering to take a problem off its hands, and pay it for the privilege.

  • Free to the school. Station, install, app and support all cost the school nothing.
  • The school earns. A royalty on every tag sold, paid termly to the school or its PTA.
  • Lost property sorted. Items find their way home without staff sorting piles every week.
  • A fresh answer to an old problem. A smart, good-looking station in reception turns lost property into something people talk about for the right reasons.
  • Fewer parent queries. No more chasing the office or the class chat about missing kit.
  • Lower costs for families. Fewer replacements, which supports the school's uniform cost commitments.
  • Safe by design. No tracking, no names on labels, UK-hosted data and no IT work for the school.

Two ways to earn. One easy conversation.

Earn on every install

£500 for each school once its station is live, rising to £1,500 an install as your total grows.

Earn every month

2% of tag sales at each of your schools, every month, including the big first batch ordered before install.

Keep it growing

Sign one new school a year and your monthly commission keeps coming from all your schools.

The more schools you sign, the more each one pays.

No salary, no cap. Your install commission rises with your total number of installs and never goes back down.

InstallsPer install
1st to 9th£500
10th to 14th£750
15th to 19th£1,000
20th to 24th£1,250
25th onwards£1,500

Commission is on tag sales excluding VAT, postage and refunds. Nurseries pay £250 an install. Full terms are in the partner agreement and are subject to contract.

  1. The school signs

You introduce the school; it signs up for its free station.

  2. Families order

Over two terms, families buy and fit tags. This first batch counts towards your commission.

  3. Install and first payment

Once the station is live: your install commission plus 2% of the whole first batch.

  4. Paid every month

2% of that school's tag sales, every month, for as long as the school stays and you keep signing one new school a year.

We set you up to succeed.

You won't be handed a leaflet and left to it. Before you speak to a single school, we make sure you're ready, with a plan behind your work and no ceiling on what you can earn locally.

What people ask us.

When do I get paid?
Once a school's station is installed, your next monthly statement includes your install commission and 2% of everything families ordered before the install. After that you're paid 2% of that school's tag sales every month, for as long as the school stays with TagBack. To keep it coming, sign at least one new school every 12 months.
Is there a fee to join?
No. There's no joining fee, no starter kit to buy and no stock. Your demo kit is a free loan, and we pay for your DBS check.
Am I employed by TagBack?
No. Partners are self-employed, like many independent sellers. You choose your hours, register with HMRC and handle your own tax.
Do I earn from recruiting other partners?
No. You earn only from schools and nurseries you introduce yourself. Feel free to share this page, but there's no payment for doing so.
Do I sell to parents?
No. You talk to schools, and you can share TagBack in local parent groups and on social media with our ready-made posts. Once a school signs up, parents buy labels in the app.
Is this right for me?
It's for parents and carers who are well thought of in their school community and want to do it properly. It isn't for hard selling or cold calling, and we only take on partners who are a good fit.

Let's talk about your local schools.

We're starting with a small number of partners. Tell us a little about you and we'll arrange a short call. Full details of commission and ongoing income are shared on application.

Or write to enquiries@tagback.uk with your town and the schools you know.

TagBack distribution partners are self-employed and are not employees of PingMe-AI Limited. Partners are paid only for schools and nurseries they introduce themselves.
