TagBack equipment

Everything a school or nursery needs.

Washable iron-in labels and tough hard tags, a lost property station that reads them all, a compact Teddy Tags station for nurseries, and a wall reader for changing rooms and busy doors.

Label once. Found for good.

Every tag carries a unique code and a QR code. No names, no batteries, no tracking. It only means something inside the TagBack app.

One station that reads, stores and tells.

A smart lost property station for your entrance or lost property area. Staff and pupils drop items in, it reads every tag automatically, and the family is told.

  4. Collected with a PIN

A parent, pupil or teacher collects it with a PIN, and it's logged.

Teddy Tags, for nurseries

The same tags, made for little ones.

A friendly teddy on every label, and chunky bag tags that are safe for under-fives. Same app, same station technology, same prices.

Slim white Teddy Tags iron-on labels, each with a plum teddy face and a QR code

Teddy Tags iron-on label

For clothes, coats, comforters and blankets. Irons on at home in seconds and keeps working when the child moves on to school. Guaranteed for 500 washes.

Teddy bag tag

A chunky teddy-shaped silicone tag for nursery bags and bottles, on a one-piece loop that locks shut. No clips, no small parts, never on clothing. Too big to swallow and independently tested before sale.

The Teddy Tags starter kit in its plum gift box

Teddy Tags starter kit

20 iron-on labels and 2 teddy bag tags in a plum gift box, for £50. Enough for a whole nursery wardrobe, with spares. Bought by parents in the app.

The Teddy Tags premium kit: the plum gift box with a soft blue teddy mascot, a sheet of iron-in labels and two teddy bag tags

Teddy Tags mascots

A soft teddy, bunny or dinosaur, in blue or pink, with its Teddy Tags tag built in. £20 on its own, or £70 in the premium starter kit with 20 labels and 2 bag tags. Tested to EN 71 before sale.

The Teddy Tags station

A compact, friendly station for nursery cloakrooms, about half the size of the school station, with the teddy on the front.

  • Drop slot and drawer with the same built-in reader.
  • Small hanging rail for cardigans and little coats.
  • Touchscreen for collecting with a PIN or staff code.
  • First station free; extra stations £3,950 plus VAT, or lease from £109 a month.

Not a toy. Teddy Tags labels and bag tags are not toys and are not intended for children to play with. Bag tags go on bags and bottles only, never on clothing; keep spare tags out of children's reach. Mascots are soft toys, tested to the UK toy safety standard (EN 71) before sale.

Add-on for schools

The wall reader with wand.

For PE changing rooms, sports halls and busy doorways. A best-effort first step: it gets a found item back to the right class before it ever reaches the lost property station.

  • Hold the wand to an item and the screen shows which class or form it belongs to.
  • Names stay private. The child's name is hidden until a member of staff keys in their staff PIN.
  • Back to class, not to the pile. Staff return it to the classroom straight away. Parents aren't alerted.
  • Staff only. It reads an item when staff use it, never as children walk past.

£1,500 plus VAT, or lease for £42 a month, including fitting and training.
